Since our most recent fundraising event, the team has grown twofold, and we’ve spent months BUIDLing our core innovation pillars alongside our capable team members, advisors, and partners.
The Journey Till Now
Salad Ventures was co-founded by Felix Sim and Wesley Mathews in 2021. Since our early beginnings as a play-to-earn guild, we found supporters and backers aligned with our vision, raising a $2m seed round led by Multicoin Capital and subsequently a $13.5m private round.

Apollo Squad
The Apollo Squad began with less than 50 scholars on a P2E game, Axie Infinity. It has since gone on to grow a community of certified scholars who are able to play a variety of new and upcoming games within our game portfolio and beyond.
It now comprises more than 1,000 certified scholars active in the community of more than 10,000 scholars.
Salad Academy
Salad Ventures breaks down entry barriers by providing structured tutorials on getting started with GameFi, and other general Web3 knowledge.
Salad Academy offers courses on blockchain games and projects, and we supplement those with bite-sized YouTube tutorials. As of 1 April 2022, we have launched seven of these courses and issued more than 100,000 certifications.
GuildOS
Our proprietary guild management system is a full-stack software system that lets anyone manage a guild without having to install any wallets or use Google sheets. This helps guild owners become more efficient and increases the overall efficiency (and profitability) of running a guild.

Omnivoyant
To support participants and investors in the GameFi space, we have also developed a GameFi-focused blockchain analytics dashboard, Omnivoyant. Users will have access to actionable insights on guilds and players across different blockchain games.
